Laura Altshul is one of the creators and founding Board Chair of Horizons at Foote. Beloved throughout New Haven, Laura has inspired so many throughout her time at Horizons and the Foote School. Laura’s dedication and leadership established Horizons at Foote as a guiding light in the New Haven education community. She is a fierce advocate of the power of education to raise every voice.
